I understand and agree that by choosing to use and sell my supplies using this website sell.surplusdiabeticsupplies.com I automatically agree to the terms laid out below.

I confirm that I am at least 21 years of age and reside within the United States of America.

I understand that sell.surplusdiabeticsupplies.com is a platform for individuals to sell surplus diabetic test strips.

I affirm that I am the rightful owner of the products I am submitting or have full legal permission from the owner to sell them.

All diabetic test strips I send will be in Factory sealed, unopened boxes.

I Understand that I will only be paid full price for product that is Mint Condition Like brand new right from the factory and does not expire for at least 7 months from the current date, including the current month as month “0”. For example, if today is October, your products must have an expiration of May or later. 

All products except for Meters, Lancets, and Pen Needles will be paid $1 per box  if they arrive damaged or expire later than our specified requirements on each product. Meaning if they expire in less than our required expiration dates or are damaged then they will be paid out in the amount of $1

We only purchase test strips that have valid U.S. NDC codes. International-labeled products will not be accepted.

Upon receiving products shipped to us, we will inspect all items to verify that they match the information you submitted when requesting a quote.

If there is a discrepancy between your submission and what we receive—such as sending mail order boxes when the quote was based on retail boxes—we reserve the right to adjust the payment accordingly.

We do not return any products under any circumstances, so please double-check your submission for accuracy before shipping.

Your quoted price is valid for 25 days from the date of submission.

We reserve the right to limit or decline any submission at our sole discretion, including but not limited to submissions we believe may be fraudulent or violate any local, state, or federal laws.

We Do Not accept any products that are obtained from medicaid.

We may also limit the number of submissions per individual, household, or quote without prior notice.

I understand that if any of the products sent to us are later found to have been stolen or obtained unlawfully, I will not be compensated and the products will not be returned.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Surplus Diabetic Supplies LLC and their directors, employees, consultants, and agents against any third-party claims or liabilities related to the sale of my products.

I give my permission to be contacted by Surplus Diabetic Supplies LLC through any contact method I provide, including phone calls, text messages (SMS), email, or physical mail.

We may use automated or artificial voice systems for communication purposes.

In the event that any provision in these Terms and Conditions is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision shall be deemed severed without affecting the rest.
